Regular - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No recurring payments Any person professionally engaged, or actively employed, in any branch of public health, or any person who is actively interested in public health in Oklahoma.

Regular (2-yrs) - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 2 years, on: January 1st No recurring payments Regular members who receive a discount for renewing for two years.

Student - $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A student member is any person attending an accredited two or four-year college or university on a full-time bases.

Sustaining - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No recurring payments A sustaining member is one who is engaged in, actively employed in or interested in the public health of Oklahoma, who contributes additional financial support to the OPHA and who is elected a Sustaining Membership by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Names of sustaining members will be displayed in the printed program for the Association's Annual Conference.
