OPHA Awards
Every year at the annual conference, OPHA takes pleasure in recognizing the efforts of those who promote public heath in Oklahoma. Please take the time to nominate those individuals or organizations who have made a positive impact on public health.
The
Exceptional Merit Award honors a member of OPHA who has an exceptional understanding of public health and who has made a significant impact on public health.
The
Volunteer Service Award honors someone outside the health care field who has promoted public health by contributing to the implementation of new services or the expansion of existing services.
The
Special Business Award of Excellence of Public Health is presented to a business that has made a significant achievement in the initiative and advancement of public health.
The
Public Health Program Award recognizes innovation in improving existing services or providing additional services that have demonstrated a significant public health impact.
The
Contribution to the Field of Public Health Award honors an individual with a career in public health who has made a long-term significant impact on public health.
