BILLS OF INTEREST
The Oklahoma Public Health Association's (OPHA) Public Policy Committee works to identify State and Federal public health policy issues and to promote the passage of good public health policies and legislation. Each year the OPHA Board of Directors, with the input of the OPHA sections and members, identifies key legislative priorities and tracks legislative bills that fall within those priorities. OPHA members are sent periodic 'legislative alerts" during the session to inform them about the status of these bills and to solicit their involvement in supporting OPHA priorities.
