As an affiliate of the American Public Health Association, the OPHA provides a forum for the professional enrichment of more than 1,000 dedicated public health professionals.
As public health professionals, our OPHA president, Aundria Goree, is challenging all of us to lead with heart. Revive and strengthen collaborative partnerships. Make space at the table and amplify the voices of those who go unheard. As public health professionals, we must be innovative, sustain cultural change, be good stewards, and act as voices in our communities.

The conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 21 – Wednesday, September 22 and will be held virtually. Registration is not yet open, but we are accepting nominations for awards and proposals for presentations/abstracts. |

Building Bridges to Better Health Join OPHA as we celebrate National Public Health Week: Building Bridges to Better Health. This year, NPHW will be held April 5-11. OPHA has planned a full week of activities to help raise awareness for public health as we strive to make Oklahoma the healthiest state. | Help Team OPHA cross the country! It's time to get moving — and it’s more fun if we do it together. That’s why Oklahoma Public Health Association is participating in APHA’s National Public Health Week Keep It Moving Challenge. We’ve created a team called TEAM OPHA. When you join, you’ll be able to track how far your activity takes you each day, see total distance for our team and the collective progress of all teams toward the goal of crossing the country on a virtual map. You can sync your step-counting device or enter each activity manually if you don’t have a device. Register today, and let’s get moving!
