Individual Members:
Who can be an individual member?
Individual members are employees who work in a public health or related field or who are interested in the promotion of public health.

Corporate Members:
Who can become a Corporate Member?
Corporate membership is for agencies or organizations, or health-related subunits of agencies and organizations interested in public health. Organizations with 50 or more full-time employees are eligible for Corporate Memberships.

Corporate membership dues are capped at a maximum of $10,000.
(Fees are based on total number of full-time employees in the organization or sub-unit.)
How can I become a Corporate Member?

All corporate applications will be submitted to the OPHA Board for approval at the next occurring board meeting.

You will be notified within 30-60 days if your application has been approved.
